Amber Lamprecht
Co-Founder and Clinic Director
Amber has been specializing in literacy intervention for the last sixteen years, specifically using multisensory and research based methodologies. As Amber worked in clinics and schools all over the United States, she was able to see this incredible work positively affect large amounts of people with a variety of learning styles, which defined her career and led her toward making a larger impact. In 2006, Amber co-founded the Literacy and Language Center, and it is now in its 10th year in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is also focusing on public education reform by designing new curriculum for the Core Collaborative in San Diego, and working with an ‘Artistic Literacy Think Tank’ through U.C. Berkeley and Cal Performances. Her work is designed to improve education for every type of learner in any school.
The positive interactions with the kids supports their self-esteem and motivates them to learn.
